Compliance Summary Remarks:
Found well to have a submersible pump. The old pumping unit is still in place. The motor has been removed from the unit. There is a spool rig on site in order to replace the submersible pump that is in place. Flow line has been disconnected. There is skim oil on the ground approximately 30ft-40ft in diameter. There is a 100bbl oil tank on site that is empty. There are 2 poly drums and a wheel barrel full of oil. There is no Well ID for this site. GPS is 33.28141 -92.32770
